Chris, just like in Nevada, where it is not legal in city limits, pimping of underage girls will still happen. All the losers with no skill or drive to work for a living, will continue to take advantage of women and little girls. Only when it is legal to kill pimps ON SIGHT will anything be able to change. These losers hang out in bars together and congratulate each other on the young girls they abuse. If anyone knows of such a bar, wait until it is filled with pimps, and BLOW IT UP!
